KAITLIN JEANETTE SMITH

Kaitlin Jeanette Smith was selected in the Top Ten for NAILS Magazine Annual Cover Contest  in 2019.   She had previously been featured in the Cover Contest  as a Noteworthy Entry in 2014, 2015, and 2016 ~ demonstrating both Quality and Consistency in her work. Kaitlin was chosen from an elite group of Professionals Nail Artists from around the World.  Additionally, Kaitlin’s Mermaid Treasure Nails were featured in NAILS Magazine July 2013 with a full page “How to” article, and her “Chains of Love” nails were shown in Scott Publications Just Steampunk! Vol. 3, 2013.  Kaitlin both painted and modeled all of the nails shown in publication which requires ambidextrous hand skills. Unlike many of the entrants; Kaitlin does not have a corporate sponsor but rather works independently and chooses products according to what best actualizes her creative design process. She graduated as a  Managing Manicurist in 2011. Kaitlin's Hand Painting Skills were Self-Taught.  Kaitlin is a Licensed Advanced Manicurist, Licensed Manicurist Instructor and Formlery the Owner of Kaitlin’s Designer Nail Spa (Licensed Facility) when residing in Ohio. She is now the Owner of Salty Kaitlin, LLC located in Cape Coral, Florida as well as a Licensed Nail Specialist in the State of Florida. Additional information is available via the Publication Tab.
